Trailblazers Global Group was born from a prophetic word.
Years ago, God spoke a simple but weighty promise over Damon L. Smith and Shontae P. Smith: "You will be trailblazers for your family."
At the time, they did not fully understand what that meant. But they did what trailblazers do. They prayed.
They trusted. And they kept moving forward in obedience.
For years, that prayer became a declaration: "Father, You said we would be trailblazers for our family." Over time, God began to reveal what blazing a trail truly meant. It was not about comfort or applause. It was about courage, faith, and the willingness to walk paths no one in their family had walked before.
That obedience led them into higher education, medical and nursing degrees, leadership in hospital systems, and ultimately the creation of businesses that worship God through service to people. As a married couple of over two decades, Damon and Shontae are not only partners in life — they are partners in purpose. They build together, minister together, lead together, and serve together.
From healthcare innovation to marriage transformation, from prophetic ministry to leadership development, Trailblazers Global Group stands as proof that when God speaks a word and you walk it out faithfully, entire bloodlines can change.
